Keep Your Crown is a Pittsburgh-based nonprofit dedicated to helping women navigate the emotional and physical challenges of a breast cancer diagnosis while preserving dignity, confidence, and a sense of self.

Our mission is to provide support and comfort through scalp cooling assistance, hair-care supplies, and thoughtfully curated care packages for women newly diagnosed with breast cancer. We believe that while cancer may change many things, it should not take away a woman's identity, confidence, or hope.

Through community support and fundraising efforts, we help provide access to scalp cooling-related supplies and products designed to support scalp and hair health during treatment. We also curate care packages filled with practical essentials, comfort items, educational resources, and encouragement to remind women that they are not facing this journey alone.

Keep Your Crown's focus is on the moments that often go overlooked--the fear after the diagnosis, the uncertainty before treatment begins, the need for compassion during some of life's most difficult days, and holding onto the parts of life that make you feel like yourself.

Our goal is simple: to ensure every woman feels supported, empowered, and cared for from the very beginning of her breast cancer journey.
